Eric Robinson’s professional work as a New York City-based actor, comedian, singer, director, and musician has spanned the last 15 years. He’s performed in dozens of professional stage productions across the country and regularly appears in SMC Live! (live re-creations of Saturday Morning Cartoons) at the Laurie Beechman Theatre in New York – usually as the bad guy. As a vocalist, he has performed internationally in Roads (Up With People) and as a Guest Entertainer for Norwegian Cruise Lines on their Hawaii-based Pride Of America. TV credits include All Worked Up (TruTV), I Killed my BFF (Lifetime), and cameo on Comedy Central’s @midnight as a ‘wet sonofabitch’. He currently serves as Artistic Director for vocal performance group The Copa Boys® and most recently joined creative design company The Hettema Group as an assistant director tasked with the scripting and implementation of the guest experience at One World Observatory.
Robinson is founder and CFO of NYC’s hottest up and coming comedy production company, Face Off Unlimited. He performs weekly in the East Village sensation, BATSU!, as well as The 11th Hour, Improv Face Off and across the country in the acclaimed A Whole ‘Nother Level. Recently, BATSU! opening up to critical success in Chicago, garnering reviews like: “I was occasionally appalled and frequently very amused” (Chicago Tribune). Mr. Robinson is a graduate of The American Musical and Dramatic Academy, an alumnus of ComedySportz, and has studied improvisation with industry icons Joe Bill and Mark Sutton.
